Have you ever felt spiritually dropped onto the ground of adversity, trials, or tribulations? Did you have trouble processing why?
Recently the Trails was blessed with a one day old lamb. She was a triplet and half the size of her siblings. The family that gave her didn’t have time to bottle feed her. Capturing our hearts, she immediately blended into the Trails’ family, and we named her Nibbles. She was perfect except she couldn’t put any weight on one of her legs. We figured that her sibling had dislocated it or maybe even in birth it was injured. I had made an appointment with the vet and was running errands with her when she jumped out of my arms and hit the ground. I just knew that she was injured beyond our help now. However, it was just the opposite. As I reached down to pick her up, she took off using all of her legs. The drop knocked her leg back in to place. What I thought would destroy her, actually healed her.
Wow!!! There are so many times that God has allowed situations into my life that I thought would destroy me. But miraculously, God brought healing into my life of a preexisting spiritual or emotional disability.
Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.

Only the ropes that bound them were burnt away.
